AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 942 OF-THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE°!
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 942 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
{a) That Section No. 44, e ntitled WELFARE, is hereby amend•
ed to read as follows:

2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty {30)
days after .the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published
with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
once, in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, 'State of California, tkiis 12th day of September,
1967, by the following vote:
