C~2AHT DEID AND AU~KAZIZATION CHAIRMAN TD SI(~
WH~2EAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, heretofore
declared its intention to exchange that real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto,
for that certain real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto; and
WI~~S, that said real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is not
necessary for the public or county use; and
WF~S, that said real property described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, is necessary
for the public and county use as a public utility easement; and
WF~REAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value; and
W#~RF~i.S, the Board desires to exchange said property pursuant to Section 960.4 of the
Streets and Highways Code and Section 25365 of the Government Code of the State of California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as
follows:
That the Board hereby exchanges the real property described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein as if set Earth in full, for that certain real property shown in
Exhibit "B", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed in favor of BUDD SCES~iAB, ANN M.
SClS~7AB, PAUL G. RLA40RE and ~7ANICE M. R[)MORE, covering the real property described in Exhibit
"A", and the Chairman is further authorized to accept a Grant Deed Eton SURD 5C~3WAB, ANN M.
SC~iWAB, PAUL G. RLIMORE and ~7ANICE M. RUMORE in favor of the County of Butte, covering that
certain real property described in Exhibit "B".
PASSID AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 24thday of _ January_ __ ______, 1995.

DESCRTPTTON
FOR ABANDONMENT OF P.U.E.
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State
of California, described as follows:
An easement 6.00 feet in width lying 3.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline.
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 4, as shown an that certain
map entitled "Fladin Subdivision Unit Na. 1", which map was filed in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of
California, on February 26, 1988, in Bax 108 of Maps, at Page(s) 76,
77, 78, 79 and 80, thence frog said POINT OF BEGINNING and along the
boundary line between Lot 3 and Lot 4 of said Subdivision, South
56°48'47" East, 753.86 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of
Flodin's Court as shown on said Subdivision Map.

PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of
California, described as follows:
An easement 6.00 feet in width lying 3.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline.
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, as shoran on that certain
map entitled "Flodin Subdivision ~3nit No. 1'", which map was filed in the
Office of the Recorder of County of Butte, State of California, on
February 26, 1988, in Book 108 of Maps, at Page(s) 76, 77, 78, 79 and
$0 ; thence North ~. ° 59' 3.5" West , along the West 1 ine of said Lot 4 , a
distance of 316.35 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North
87°46'07" East, 556.39 feet; thence South 36°31'19" East, 199.62 feet to
the Northwesterly line of Flodin's Court and the terminus of said
centerline.
