Be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, that
Mike Madden, Emergency Services Coordinator
or
Starlyn Brown, Assistant Chief Administrative Officer
or
Dave Kelly, Assistant Auditor-Controller
are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the County of Butte, a public entity established
under the laws of the State of California, this application and to file it in the appropriate State off ce
for the purpose of obtaining certain. Federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act (Public
Law 285, 93rd Congress) or otherwise available from the President Disaster Relief Fund.
That the County of Butte, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California,
hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the State and to the Federal Emergency Management
Agency (FEMA} for all matters pertaining to such Federal disaster assistance.
Passed and approved by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this 24th day of January
1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Haux, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
