HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-024WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 94-141 on December 13, 1994, which established the Butte County Animal Control Advisory Board ("Advisory Board"); and WHEREAS, such Resolution set forth the composition of the Advisory Board to include representatives from six animal care organizations and one member of the public at large not affiliated with any representative agency, such seven members to be formally appointed by the Board of Supervisors; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desire to amend the composition of the Advisory Committee to include the Bidwell Wildlife Rehabilitation Group as a representative organization. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends the Section entitled "Organization" of Resolution No. 94-141 to include the Bidwell Wildlife Rehabilitation Group as a member agency of the Butte County Animal Control Advisory Board thus expanding membership to consist of eight members, including a nomination by the Bidwell Wildlife Rehabilitation Group. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte on the 24th day of January, 1995, by the following vote: AYES : Supervisors Meyer, Down, Houx, Thomas and Chaa~r McLaughlin NOES : None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN : None ~~ ED McLAUGHLTN, air of the Butte County Board of Supervisors ATTEST: JOHN S.
