HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-056PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte in accordance with the proclamation thereof by the Director of Emergency Services on the 9th day of March, 1995, and its ratification by the Board of Supervisors an the 14th day of March, 1995, as a result of conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property caused by a succession of wind and rainstorms which have resulted in the wide spread flooding of low lying residential and agricultural areas causing, or threatening, significant property damage and risk to human life, commencing on or about 9:40 a.m, an the 9th day of March, 1995; and WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities of and within said County of Butte. NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, does hereby proclaim the termination o£ said local emergency.
