EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT FROM THE PLANNINGITECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE ALLOCATION OF THE STATE CDBG PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an application for up to:
(list activity, title, location and dollar amount}
Industrial Land Inventory and Development Plan $34,250
Administration $ 750
SECTION
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed the citizen participation plan .for compliance with federal
statute and has determined that this plan was followed far the development of this application.
SECTION 3
The Board of Supervisors hereby approves the use of a contribution from the Butte County Economic
Development Corporation in the amount of $1.,050 to be used as the County's Cash Match for this
project.
SECTI_~4
The County Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf
in all matters pertaining to this application.

If the application is approved, the County Administrative Officer is authorized to enter into and sign
the grant agreement and any subsequent amendments with the State of California for the purpose of
this grant.
