RESOLUTION SETTING OFFICE HOURS
LIBRARY
WHEREAS, Butte County Code Section 2-1 provides that the Board
of Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours
which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and,
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has recognized
a need to modify public access hours in certain departments to
increase efficiency using existing staff; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has determined that the
Butte County Library has a need to provide services to the public
during a wider range of hours.

Resolution No. 93-172 adopted the 9th day of November 1993 is
hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
the 23rd of May, 1995, by the following vote:
