RESOLUTION ESTABI,ISHTNG APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEAR 3.995-1996
AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7914, DIVISION 9
OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
WHEREAS, Article XIIi-B of the California Constitution
provides that local governments must establish annual appropriation
limits pursuant to said Article, and;
WHEREAS, Section 7914, Division 9, of the Government Code,
provides that the governing body of each local jurisdiction shall,
by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following
year at a regularly scheduled meeting, and;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has .calculated the Butts
County appropriations limit for fiscal year 1995-7.996 to be
$60,3.2'1, 874 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations limit
for Butte County is established to be $64,127,874 for fiscal year
1995-1996, and;
FURTHER, that said appropriations limit, and. the determination
thereof are in compliance with Article XIII-B of the California
constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of
Butte, State of California, this 27th day of June, 1995.
