FOR SUMMARY ABANDONMENT FOR PORTIONS OF NEAL ROAD
WHEREAS, the portion of Neal Road right-of-way described below is
no longer necessary or required for road purposes because it has been
superseded by relocation; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Division 9, Part 3,
Chapter 4, commencing with Section 8330, the Board of Supervisors finds
that-said portion of Neal Road right-of-way should be summarily vacated;
and
WHEREAS, said vacation: will not cut off all access to any
person's property which, prior to relocation, adjoined said right-of-
way; and will not terminate any public service easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of. Butte, State of California, as follows:
That the following-described portion of Neal Road right-of-way is
hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways
Cade Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4, commencing with Section 8330;
That from and after the date this Resolution is recorded, the said
portion of Neal Road vacated no longer constitutes a (street), {highway)
or (public service easement) , {See E~BT~` "A")
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 11th day of _ July 1995,

BEGINNING at the intersection point of the Northwesterly Right-of-Way line of

Swartz Management, a California General Partnership, on August 10, 1990, and
recorded under Serial No. 90-040646 in the Office of the Recorder, County of
Butte, State of California, and the Northeasterly property line of the Butte
County Disposal Site as deeded to the County of Butte by Parrott Investment
Company, a Corporation, on February 26, 1965, and recorded in Book 1360 OR
Page 616 on file in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of
California, and from said point the Southwest corner of said Section 14 bears
S33' 05'48"W, a distance of 4744.83 feet, said point also being 131 .87 feet left
of Engineer's Centerline Station "C"135~t70.70 as shown on that certain Right-
of-Way map E-2251 on file in the Butte County Department of Public Works;
THENCE continuing along the southeasterly extension of the northeasterly
property line of said Butte County Disposal Site S36°37'32"E, a distance of
102.21 feet to a paint 30.00 feet left of Engineer's Centerline Station
"C"13562.30 as shown on said Right-of-Way map E-2251;
THENCE N48°39'39"E, a distance of 467.63 feet to a point of a non-tangent
570.00 foot radius curve concave to the Northwest, from which a radial bearing
bears N34°04'28"W, said point being 30.00 feet left of Engineer's Centerline
station "C"140+29.94 as shown on that certain Right-of-Way map E-2251 on file
in the Butte County Department of Public Works, and on the Northwesterl~~
