HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-101~esolufion Na.95-l01 FOR SUMMARY ABANDONMENT FOR PORTIONS OF NEAL ROAD WHEREAS, the portion of Neal Road right-of-way described below is no longer necessary or required for road purposes because it has been superseded by relocation; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4, commencing with Section 8330, the Board of Supervisors finds that-said portion of Neal Road right-of-way should be summarily vacated; and WHEREAS, said vacation: will not cut off all access to any person's property which, prior to relocation, adjoined said right-of- way; and will not terminate any public service easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of.
