(Vehicle Code Section 21354)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that the intersections of Downing
Avenue at Hill View Way, Downing Avenue at Filbert Avenue and
Sierra Vista Way at Downing Avenue be made stop intersections and
the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to install legal
STOP signs at the appropriate locations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 25th day of
July , 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, 'Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: Nave
