RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING BALANCE OF FUNDS FROM
CSA #130 TO THE RICHARDSON SPRINGS COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT
WHEREAS, CSA #130 (Richardson Springs CSA} was dissolved and
Richardson Springs Community Services District was formed as its
replacement by Resolution 93-183; and
WHEREAS, there was a balance of $2,628.74 in Fund F-0830 (CSA
#130} as of June 30, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the Richardson Springs C.S.D. has confirmed that
there was no change in ownership of the property or number of
parcels involved; and
WHEREAS, the Richardson Springs C.S.D. has requested that all
funds held by CSA #130 be transferred to the C.S.D. (Fund 2150);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Baard of Supervisors
of the County of Butte hereby approves the transfer of all funds
and interest held in Fund 0830 (CSA) to Fund 2150 (C.S.D.).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, this 10th day of October, 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors ~1eyer, Dolan, Roux, Thomas and Chair McLaugh]_i_n
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING; None.
