A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT #93-EDBG-245
AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY AD141INISTRATIVE OFFICER
OR CIIAIR OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
TO SIGN DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has entered into agreement #93-
EDBG-245 «7th the State Department of Housing and Community Development to
implement a "Reservation of Funds" Program.
WHEREAS, the County has requested and. the State has authorized a grant
amendment extending the expiration date of the grant to h'[ay 31, 1996 From January
31, 1996.
WIIEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby authorizes
the execution of the contract amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that the County Administrative Offieer or the Chair of the Board of
Supervisors is hereby authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf in all matters
pertaining to this application, including but not limited to, submittal of amendment
requests, and execution of grant amendment documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
24th day of October , 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
