ASSISTANCE ALLOCATION OF THE STATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an application for up to:
Sotithside Oroville Community Center Master Plan (Phase I) - $17,125
Grant Administration - $ 37S
SECTION 2
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed the citizen participation plan for compliance with
federal statute and has determined that this plan was followed for the development of
this application.
SECTION 3
The Board of Supervisors hereby approves a cash match contribution of $525 towards
this project.
SECTION 4
The County Administrative OfFicer is hereby at.rthorized and directed to act on the
County's behalf in all matters pertaining to this application.
sECTION s
If the application is approved, the County Administrative Officer is authorized to enter
into and sign the grant agreement and any subsequent amendments with the State of
California for the purpose of this grant.
