A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION AND CONTRACT
EXECUTION FOR FUNDING FROM THE ENTERPRISE FUND COMPONENT
OF TIIE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALLOCATION OF TIIE STATE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM AND
AUTIIORI7ING TIIE EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT AND ANY
AMENDINENTS THERETO WITII TIIE STATE OF CAT.iFORNIA FOR THE
PURPOSES OF TIITS GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an application for up to:
Microenterprise Assistance Program - $412,500
Activity Delivery - $ 50,000
General Administration - $ 37,500
SECTION 2
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed the citizen participation plan for compliance tivith
federal. statute and has determined that this plan was followed for the development of
this application.
SECTION 3
The County Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to act on the
County's behalf in all matters pertaining to this application.
SECTION 4
If the application is approved, the County Administrative Officer is authorized to enter
into and sign the grant agreement ~~~ith the State of California for the purposes of this
grant.
