RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUTTE BASIN
WATER USERS ASSOCIATION .AMENDED 1995 BUDGET
WHEREAS, there exists an M.O.U. between the Butte Basin Water
Users Association and County of Butte, dated July 31, 1992 and a
First Modification to that M.O.U. dated January 24, 1995.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-60 approved the Butte Basin Water
Users Association Budget for calendar year 1995 and payment was
authorized in the amount of $31,543.84
WHEREAS, the Butte Basin Water Users Association 1995 budget
was changed as a result of two members leaving the Association
(Oroville-Wyandotte Irrigation District and Thermalito Irrigation
District).
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the attached Exhibit A, Butte County's
share of said 1995 budget was increased from $31,543.84 to
$32,603.35, resulting in an additional payment of $1,059.51 by
Butte County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1) That the Butte Basin Water Users Association 1995 calendar
year budget was amended pursuant to the attached Exhibit A (with
Butte County's new share of that budget being $32,603.35}.
2) That the Butte Basin Water Users Association amended 1995
calendar year budget be approved and authorize that an additional

payment of $1,059.51 be made to the Butte Basin Water Users
Association pursuant to that budget.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 12th day of December 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
