RESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION OF MARION J. BRENDEN
WHEREAS, Marion Brcnden, Administrative Services Assistant for the Agricultural Commissioner's
Officc, announced her rcliremcnt as of December 30, 199.
WHEREAS, Marion Brenden began her career with the County of Butte as a Typist Clerk I and advanced
to a Stenographer Clerk I position in the Assessor's Office; and
WHEREAS. Marion Brcnden transferred to the Agricultural Commissioner's OCGce in March 1981; and
WHEREAS, Marion Brenden has dcyotcd much time and effort towards identifying and implementing
needed modifications and improvements to the daily administration operations. Shc has been a steady and reliable
support in the ever-changing regulatory role of the department. She has earned the respect of her co-workers, fellow
Corulty employees and numerous citizens whom she has helped with agricultural m1d w°eighis and measures program
related questions; and
WHEREAS, Marion Brenden has diligently served the residents of the County of Butte since September
1980 tivith extraordinary dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board on its o~~~n behalf. and on behalf of the
residents of the County of Butte, ti~°ish to express to Marion Brenden sincere appreciation for her many years of
unselfish dedication and outstanding service rendered to the residents of the County of Butte, and further ~yish her
welt on her rcliremcnt.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this
12th day of December, 199?, by the following vote:
