RESOLUTION DECLARING THREE-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
WEST ELEVENTH AVENUE AT FERN AVENUE AND MOYER WAY
(Vehicle Code Section 21354)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that the intersection of West
Eleventh Avenue at Fern Avenue and Moyer Way be made a three way
stop intersection and the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install legal STOP signs at the appropriate entrances
thereto.
