The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 899 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section Noo 24, entitled HOSPITAL, is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
Flat 3 Hospital Physician
and adding thereto
Flat ~- Hospital Physician
changing the total from one hundred ninety eight to one hundred
ninety-nine.
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
i the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 26th day of September,
1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
NOES: None
