AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 942 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE ~"SALARY ORDINANCE°f
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
to That Ordinance Noo 942 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section Noa 3 (B), entitled "For Classes with
Flat Rate Assignmentso Salary rates for the following classific-
ations will apply as indicated", be amended by deleting therefrom

20 That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen C15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, 'State of Calif-
ornian
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 10th day of ®ctober,
1967, by the following vote:
