HomeMy WebLinkAbout956a~_ ~x~:7 ORDINANCE N0. ----,tea AN ORDINANCE OF THE GOUNTI'OF BUTTE AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE N0. $$b. 1 2 3 4 5 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte do ordain as follows: Section VI (Exemptions) of Butte County Ordinance No. $$6 is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows: Add to sub_section (a} of Section 301 of said Uniform Building Code, the following paragraphs: No permits shall be required for any agridlzl.tural building or structure. Agricultural buildings are defined as follows: "Agricultural building is a building located on agricultural property and used to shelter farm implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock, or other farm produce, in which there is no human habitation and which is not used by the public." No permits shall be required for accessory buildings detached from a residence by at least six (6} feet and whose occupancy would be classified a Type J as defined in the 19b~. Uniform Building Code. No permits sha11 be required under this ordinance (Ordinance No. $$6} for industrial buildings located in industrial zones M-1 and M-2 as established by ordinance. Industrial buildings are defined as those buildings used for the manufacturing, processing, fabricating, assembling, refining, repairing, packaging, and treatment of goods, materials and products.
