AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 857.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte do ordain as follows:
Section V (Exemptions , Paragraph No. 6, of Butte County Ordinance No. 85'7
is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows:
No permits shall be required for accessory buildings detached from a
residence by at least six (6) feet and whose occupancy would be classified
a Type J as defined in the 1961 Uniform Building Code.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the expiration of
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, shall be publiahed once with the names
of the members voting for and against the same in a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in. the County of Butte.
