AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE N0. SSS
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte do ordain as follows:
Sectioxx V1 (Exemptions} of Butte County Ordinance No. SSS is hereby
repealed and amended to read as follows:
Add to Section 1.9 of said Uniform Plumbing Code the following paragraphs:
No permit shall be required for any agricultural building or structure.
Agric-:~ltural buildings are defined as follows: "Agricultural building is
a building located on agricultural property and used to shelter farm
implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock, and other farm produce, in
which there is no human habitation and which is not used by the public."
No permits shall be required for accessory buildings detached from a
residence by at least six {6} feet and whose occupancy would be classified
a Type J as defined in the 1964 iT~~:form Building Code.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the expiration of
thirty (30} days from and after its passage and before the expiration of
fifteen (1,5} days after its passage, shall be published once with the names
of the members voting for and against the same in a newspaper of general
circu'Lation printed and published in the County of B'atte.
