AND NEVADA AVE., AND BETWEEN 11TH & 12TH STREETS IN THE THERMALITO AREA) WHEREAS, this matter came on regularly for hearing before the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on January 9 19x6 , in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California; and, WHEREAS, it appearing to said Board that notice of the time and place of the hearing on the petition for the abandonment of the right-of-way in question was duly and regularly given as required by law; and, WHEREAS, testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described public right-of-way is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. That the public right-of-way situated in the County of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described, is hereby abandoned pursuant to Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 9 of the California Streets and Highways Code (commencing with Section 8320). 2. That said public right-of-way so abandoned is located in the unincorporated area of the County of Butte, State of California, between Sierra Ave., & Nevada Ave., and between 11th & 12th Streets in the Thermalito Area, on portions of those properties identified as AP 31-271-003 through -010 and AP 31-271- 012 and -013, and which right of way is more particularly described as follows: Being that certain 15 foot wide alley right of way lying within a portion of Corona Terrace Subdivision, recorded in Book 6, Maps of Record at Page 57, County of Butte, State of California, more particularly described as follows: Being that certain 15 foot wide alley bounded on the north by the southerly lot line of lots 100 through 108, of said subdivision, bounded on the south by the northerly lot line of Lots 113 through 121, of said subdivision, bounded on the east by the westerly right of way line of that certain 60 foot wide street known as Eleventh Street and bounded on the west by the easterly lot line and its southerly extension of lot 109 of said subdivision. 3. That a map showing the right-of-way hereby abandoned is on file in the Office of Butte County Department of Public Works, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California 95965. 4.
