RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECTION
EAST SEVENTI~I AVENUE AT OLEANDER AVENUE
(Vehicle Cade Section 21354)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that the intersection of East
Seventh Avenue at Oleander Avenue be made a stop intersection and
the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to remove the
existing legal STOP sign at the Oleander Avenue entrance and to
install a legal STOP sign at the Seventh Avenue entrance to said
intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 13th day of
I ebruary , 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, T1oux, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
