A GRANT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTOMATED CRIMINAL ARREST
DISPOSITION REPORTING SYSTEM. FOR BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Butte County has been awarded $50,000 far the development of an
automated criminal arrest disposition reporting system; and
WHEREAS, Butte County law enforcement agencies have expressed support for the
development of this system; and
WHEREAS, Butte County Consolidated Courts are desirous of improving the accuracy
and efficiency of criminal arrest disposition reporting through the use of an automated system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Butte County Board of
Supervisors hereby accepts the grant award of $50,000 from the California State Department of
Justice.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 12th day of
March 1996 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Noux, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
