RESOLUTION PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING
WEST SIDE OF ESPLANADE, FROM NORD HIGHWAY TO 1,000 FEET SOUTH
(Vehicle Code Section 22507}
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, on the 9th day of January, 1996, passed and
adapted Resolution No. 96-03, prohibiting the stopping, standing or
parking of vehicles on the west side of the Esplanade, from Nord
Highway to 300 feet south.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of.
the County of Butte, that Resolution No. 96-03 is amended to read
that the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles is prohibited on
the west side of the Esplanade, from Nord Highway to 1,000 feet
south and that the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to
place the appropriate signs giving adequate notice thereof,
PASSED .AND ADOPTED by the Berard of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 26th , day of March ,
1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
