RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT TO
PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the
cooperative agreement to provide fire protectian service for local agencies, entered into between the
County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period
July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on the 9th day of
Apri}, 1996, by the fol}owing vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: ti`one
