BRLS-5912(008) BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 067 REV 1 to Agency-State Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement No. 067 REV 1 covers funding for engineering and construction costs for the project to replace the B Street Bridge at Hamilton Slough, east of Biggs, Project No. BRLS-5912(008). 2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to Program Supplement No. 067 REV 1. This Program Supplement is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 o` Artic.~e II of the aforementioned Master Agreement under autrlority of Resolution No. 96-57 approved by the Local Agency on May 28, 1996 (See copy attached). I 03-BUT-O-CR DATE: 05/01/96 BRLS-5912(008} SPECIAL COVENANTS OR REMARKS 1. This Revised Program Supplement supersedes Program Supplement approved by the Local Agency's Governing Body on 12j24j93 2. All maintenance, involving the physical condition and the operation of the improvements, referred to in Article VI MAINTENANCE of the aforementioned Master Agreement will be performed by the Local Agency andjor the respective agencies as determined by agreement at regular intervals or as required for efficient operation o`er the completed improvements. 3. The Local Agency will reimburse the State for their share of costs for work requested to be performed by the State, 4. The Local Agency agrees the payment of Federal funds will be Limited to the amounts approved by the Federal Highway Administration in the Federal-Aid Project Agreement (PR-2)jDetail Estimate or its modification (PR-2A} ar the FNM-76, and accepts any increases in Exchange Funds, State Matching funds, and\or Lacal Agencv Funds as shown on the Finance or Bid Letter or~ts modification as prepared by the Office of Local Programs. 5.
