EZECTTTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT FROM THE PLANNINGITECIINICAL
ASSTST.INCF. ALLOCATION OF TIIE STATE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an application for up to:
Southside Oroville Community Center Master Plan (Phase Ii} - $34,250
Grant Administration - $ 1,800
SECTTO~' 2
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed the citizen participation plan for compliance with federal
statute and has determined that this plan was followed for the development of this application.
SECTION 3
The Board of Supervisors hereby approves a cash match contribution of $1,050 towards this project.
SECTTO~' I
The County Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf
in all matters pertaining to this application.
SECTION 5
1f the application is approved, the County Administrative Officer is authorized to enter into and sign
the grant agreement with the State of California for the purpose of this grant.
