{CSAC) is sponsoring the CSAC Challenge Awards program for 1996; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte desires to participate in the
1996 CSAC Challenge Awards program; and
WHEREAS, the County is submitting an application for
consideration by CSAC and the application is titled: Drug
Endangered Children Program; and
WHEREAS, the County agrees to the program's requiremem.ts
aan~d responsibilities as set forth by CSAC for entering into the
awards program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairperson of the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte is authorized, on its
behalf, to submit the attached application to CSAC for the Challenge
Awards program.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on this 27th day of August, 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES : None
NOT VOTING : Nane
ABSENT : Supervisors Aolan, Hoax
