BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an application
for CDBG funding for up to the following amounts:
a Business Loan to Oroville Gymnastics Academy $300,000
b~ Administration $ 24,340
SECTION Z. The Board of Supervisors has reviewed the citizen participation plan for
compliance with federal statute and has determined that this plan was followed for the development
of this application.
SECTION 3. The County Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to act on
the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to this application.
SECTION 4. If'the application is approved, the County Administrative Officer is authorized
to enter into and sign the grant agreement and any subsequent amendments with the State of
California for the purpose of this grant.
SECTION S. The Board of Supervisors finds that the proposed project meets an important
community development objective of the County through the creation of jobs, diversification of the
economy, and provision of services to families and children.
