following surplus property, to wit:

Description
All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California,
described as follows:
All that portion of land belonging to the county of Butte as recorded in Book 449 of
Official Records at Page 173, lying West of Clark Road in the East half of the
Northwest quarter and the Northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 35,
Township 22 North, Range 3 East, Mount Diablo Meridian.
Excepting therefrom all that portion of land conveyed by deed to Southeastern
California Association of Seventh Day Adventists, Trustees of the ~elkovic Revocable
Trust, dated April 29, 1981, recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of
Butte, State of California, on December 18, 1990, as Recorder's Serial Number 90-
53868, located in the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 35,
Township 22 North, Range 3 East, Mount Diablo Meridian.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED as follows:
That it is the intention of this Board to sell the aforementioned property at a minimum
price of $40,000.00 cash.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Government Cade Section 65428(a)(2} the Board of
Supervisors finds that public policy does not necessitate the filing of a parcel map on the subject
property.
3. That on the 28th day of Januarx - , 199.7.~at 10:00 a.m., a public meeting of the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte will be held at the regular place of meeting of said
Board, at which time proposals to purchase will be received and considered.
RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION TO SELL PROPERTY
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of Z?ecembe~ 1996 by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
