APPROVING AN AMENDMENT
TO STATE COMPVIUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG} #95-EDBG385
TO INCLUDE USES OF CDBG PROGRAM INCOME
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
Authorizes the use of Community Development Block Grant Program Income in the amount
ofup to $63,000 to assist with the acquisition and conversion of property in Chapmantown
to establish a neighborhood service center.
2. ~ The County's open 1996 State Community Development Block Grant, Economic
Development Allocation Grant #95-EDBG-385 will be amended to incorporate this activity.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on this t 7th day
of December 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Meyer, Dolan, Thomas and Chair McLaugh3.in
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Houx
