cooperative agreement to provide due protection service for Iocat agencies, entered into between the
County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, covering the period
ruly 1, 1996 through dune 30, 1997.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on the 31st day of
December, 1996, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Meyer
NOT VOTING: None
