1 AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 942 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE ''SALARY ORDINANCE"

3 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
4 California, do ordain as follows:
5 1. That Ordinance No. 942 of the County of Butte is hereby
g amended as follows:
7 (a) That Section 3, entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED
$ EMPLOYEES, be amended by adding thereto
g Class Title Number and Range
10 Administrative Service Officer T 35 (7$3-977)
11 and deleting therefrom
12 Class Title Number and Range
13 Welfare Business Manager 33 0702-875)
14 (b) .That Section 3 (B), entitled "For Classes-with Flat
K 15 Rate Assignments. Salary rates for the following classifications
lg will apply as indicated.", be amended by deleting
17 Class Title Flat Amount
18 Hospital Physician Flat 1,500 Mo.
19 and adding thereto
20 Hospital Physician Flat 1,700 Mo.
21 (c) That Section No. 10, entitled AUDITOR-CONTROLLER be
22 amended by deleting therefrom
23 Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
84 33 1 Internal Auditor
2B and adding thereto
26 Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
27 33 2 Internal Auditor
28 thereby changing the total positions to 23.
29 2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
30 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
31 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
32 the names of the members voting for and against.-:.the same, once,

in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calif-
ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 9th day of January,
1968, by the following vote:
AYES Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman M+
NOES : Bone
ABSENT: Hone
