AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 514
THE BOARD OF SUPII2VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOInl.S
', 1. That Ordinance No. 514 be amended by changing the
description of SUPERVI.SORIAL DISTRICT N0. 1 to real as follows:
'Beginning at the center of Section 29, Township 19
North, Range 6 East, M.D.B.& M., Butte County, Cali-
fornia, said point being also on the County boundary
line; thence westerly along the east and west center
lines of Sections 29 and 30 to the 1/4 corner between
:Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 6 East, and
section 25, Township 19 North, Range 5 East, thence
southerly along section line to the S. E. corner of
Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 5 East; thence
westerly along section lines to the southeast corner
II of Section 27, Township 19 North, Range 4 East; thence
northerly along the easterly line of said section to
the northeast corner of said section; thence westerly
along the northerly line of said section to the north-
west corner of said section, said section line being
common to sections 21, 22, 27 and 28, Township 19
North, Range 4 East; thence northerly along section
lines to the East 1/4 corner of Section 21, Township
19 North, Range 4 East; thence westerly along east
and west center line to the center of said section 21;
thence northerly along north and south center line of
said section 21 and the westerly line of Lower"Flyan-
dotte Road to the east and west center line of Block
21 Villa Verona; thence westerly along the east and
west center line of Blocks 21 and 19 of Villa Verona
to the section line between sections 20 and 21, Town-
ship 19 North, Range 4 East; thence northerly along

thence westerly along the center line of Ithaca

southerly along center line of Palermo Road to the
center line of Idora Street; thence Westerly along
the center line of Idora Street to the easterly line
of Southern Pacific Railroad; thence northerly along
the easterly line of Southern Pacific Railroad to the

29 easterly and northerly continuing along County boundary
30 to the point of beginning."'
31 3. The remainder of said Qrdinance No. 514 shall continue
32 in full force and effect.

4. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once,
Ilin a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Cali-
fornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 16eh day of 7anuary
1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
NOES : None
