RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE
COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename the private
road shotivn below be posted as required by Streets and Highways Code Section 970.5 and that
on February 25 1997, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the subject of the proposed name
change:
Existing Name Termini Proposed Name
Panorama Drive Richardson Springs Road to End Indian Clift's Drive
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14th day
of January 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
