RESOLUTION AUTHORI7.iNG EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. OZG
TO STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
AGREEMENT' NO. SI~TPP-5912 RF.: OVERLAY OF THE SKYWAY, FROM
PARADISE 'TOWN LIMITS TO 3.1 MILES WEST
PROJECT NO. SB97-5912(003)
BE IT RESOLVED by dle Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 026 to State-Local
T~'ransportation Partnership Program Agreement No. SLTPP-5912 for State Share Funds far
eligible projects in Butte County and the Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said
supplement on behalf of said County. Supplement No. 026 covers funding for eligible costs for
the project to overlay the Skyway, from Paradise Town Limits to 3.1 Miles West, Project No.
SB97-5912(003).
2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach a ceTrtified copy of this
Resolution to Program Supplement No. 02G.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 14th day of January 1997, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen, and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None -
