RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 027
TO STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5912 RE: RECONSTRUCTION OF
HAMILTON NORD CANA HIGHWAY, FROM ANiTA ROAD TO STATE HIGHWAY 99
PROJECT NO. SB97-5912(005}
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of~ California,
as follows:
1. That said County approve Progra-n Supplement No. 027 to State-Local Transportation
Partnership Program Agreement No. SLTPP-5912 for State Share Funds for eligible projects in Butte
County and the Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said County.
Supplement No. 027 covers funding for eligible costs for the project to reconstruct Hamilton Nord
Cana Highway, from Anita Road to State Highway 99, Project No. SB97-5912(005).
2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to
Program Supplement No. 027.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this 14tt~ay of January
