HomeMy WebLinkAbout97-025~f~r~~~ff#~, .1~ „~" S U jj,~ 1~. `~ Q•s~~~ur~rrr~~~•~1 f Qr'i ~Ot r ~ • ~ ~ . c~: :~. . . • r' • ~f ~~~,~ ~OUx,~j~~~~ ~'#~~~~~~r~ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ~t'SO~UfIOTl ~VO. 97-25 RESOLUTION RETURNING THE BUTTE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION TO A 40-HOUR WEEK WHEREAS, the Butte Caunty Board of Supervisors have earlier adopted Ordinance No. 3103 reducing the County work week from 40 hours to 36; WHEREAS, the Butte County District Attorney Family Support Division has recently received additional state funds enabling it to return to a 40-hour week; WHEREAS, the Butte Caunty District Attorney Family Support Division has shown that the 40-hour week would be more economic and efficient in processing its growing caseload; WHEREAS, the Butte County District Attorney Family Support Division is largely funded by state subvention and incentive funds and the increase in hours would enable it to fi~rther increase these revenues to the County by restoration of the 40-hour per week schedule. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Memorandum of understanding (1994-1997} between the County of Butte and the Butte County Employees' Association General Unit, Section 8.Q4, employees in all classifications within the General Unit in the Butte County District Attorney Family Support Division are hereby returned to a 40-hour per week schedule. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, an the 25th day of February , 1997, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VO'i ING; None --- ~ ~- ~.K BRED C.
