RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
WHEREAS, the County of Butte in its desires to make an application to the State Board
of Corrections for a Juvenile Crime Enforcement and Accountability Challenge Grant Program
- Demonstration Project Grant, formed the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Committee and
WHEREAS, Chief Probation Officer Helen Harberts has been appointed Chair of the
Butte County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council, and
WHEREAS, the State Board of Corrections require that the county appoint by resolution
individuals to the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Committee.
WHEREAS the following individuals have been appointed as members of the Butte
County Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council:
NOW, THEREFORE BF, IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors appoint
the following individuals to the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Committee.
