RF.SOI.UTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE COURT EXECUTIVE OFFICER
SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE COUNTY'S DRUG COURT PROGRAM
Whereas, the County has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the State of California for a Drug Court
Program; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors are desirous of accepting the grant; and
WHEREAS, the grant requires that the Board of Supervisors issue a resolution authorizing the Court
Executive Officer sign a drug court contract.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors authorize the Court
Executive Officer to sign the contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on t11is 22nd day of April,
1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None _ -
ABSENT None
