"a~ ~+i~ ~'DU13~'~i•~ ~'c'so~ufi~?n 1~~~. 97-59 ~~~arrrrrM*• RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS AMENDING THE BUTTE COUNTY CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE WHEREAS, on May 7, 1991, the Butte County Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 91-56, adopted a Conflict of Interest Code, a listing of Designated Employees, a listing of Committees and Commissions, and Place of Filing for Designated Employees and Committees and Commissions (hereafter collectively termed "Code") pursuant to the Fair Political Practices Act; on June 22, 1993, adopted Resolution No. 93-86 amending said Code; and on March 26, 1996, adopted Resolution No. 96-30 amending said Code; WHEREAS, the County of Butte has reviewed the Code as amended, on a periodic basis as required by the Fair Political Practices Act; and WHEREAS, after conducting such review, the Code requires modification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that: 1. That the listing of Designated Employees as set forth in the Code adopted by Resolution No. 96-30 be replaced fully and completely by the list of Designated Employees which accompanies this Resolution. This attachment shall therefore supplant the former Attachment B to the County Conflict of Interest Code and become the applicable and valid Attachment B to that Code. 2. The listing of committees and commissions, the members of which are required to file Conflict of Interest Statements, be replaced fully and completely with the listing of commissions, committees, courts and Butte County Schools which accompanies this Resolution. This attachment shall therefore supplant the former Attachment C to the County Conflict of Interest Code and become the applicable and valid Attachment C {parts I, II, III and IV) to that Code. 3. The Place of Filing for Designated Employees, Committees and Commissions, be replaced fully and completely with the Place of Filing for Designated Employees, Committees, Commissions, Courts and Butte County Schools which accompanies this Page 1 Resolution.
