BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
fellows:
1. That said County approve said Master Agreement No. 03-5912, modified November 29,
1995, for Administering Agency -State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the Chair
of the Board be authorized to execute said Master Agreement in behalf of said County.
2. That the Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach a certified copy of this Resolution to
said Master Agreement No. 03-_5912.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, this Z 3 th day of May , 1997, by the following vote:
