,,;. ~~, t# y }f .- '" Y('^ '' ~ )/•~ t ~i -Its ~ .`,~ ~ '~~ ~. ~i~~solufion ~~10. 97-~2 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE FAMILY LAW COMMISSIONER AND FACILITATOR PLANS OF COOPERATION WITH THE JUDICIAL COUNCII. AND AUTHORIZING THE COURT EXECUTIVE OFFICER TO SIGN CONTRACTS WITH THF. STATE OF CALIFORNIA Whereas, the County has been awarded 525,000 from the Judicial Council of California for a family court commissioner and related costs for the month of June, 1997; and Whereas, the County has been awarded $24,750 from the Judicial Council of California to cover the costs of developing a family court facilitator program during the month of June, ] 997; and Whereas, the State requires the Board of Supervisors issue a resolution approving a Plan of Cooperation between the Judicial Council and the County regarding the family law commissioner; and Whereas, the State requires the Board of Supervisors issue a resolution approving a Plan of Cooperation between the Judicial Council and the County regarding the family law facilitator program; and Whereas, the State requires the Board of Supervisors issue a resolution authorizing the Court Executive Officer to sign related contracts with the Judicial Council; and Whereas, the Board of Supervisors are desirous of accepting these funds. NOW, THREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors approve the Plans of Cooperation relating to the family law commissioner and family law facilitator programs for the month of Tune, 1997 and authorize the Court Executive Officer to sign the contracts.
