HomeMy WebLinkAbout97-085B~i~~1 ~" ;~UP~R\/t~URS ,.:~~:'- CC-UNTIf OF BiJTT~, STATE C?F CALIF©RNIA ~c~solufian No. 9~-as RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP DRESCHER TRACT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves: A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Drescher Tract Assessment District, County of Butte, California" has been filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. This Board approves the map and adopts the boundaries shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included in a proposed assessment district to be known as Drescher Tract Assessment District, County of Butte, California. This Board finds that the map is in the farm and contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California Streets and Highways Code. This Board directs the Clerk of the Board to certify the adoption of this resolution on the face of the map, and to file a copy of the map with the County Recorder far placement in the Book of Maps of Assessment and Community Facilities Districts. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on the 8th day of July, 1997 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, }Ioux, Josiassen and Chair Davis NOES : None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING : None ATTEST: Lc_ ~ ~-t z `"~- Fred C.
