A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AND STATE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
REGARDING AN ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FROM THE STATE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR
CONTRACT #96-STBG-1059
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1
The Board of Supervisors has previously reviewed and approved an application for up to:
Southside Oroville Community Center Master Plan (Phase II) - $34,250
Grant Administration - $ 1,800
SECTION 2
The Board of Supervisors has previously reviewed the citizen participation plan for compliance with
federal statute and has determined that this plan was followed for the development for the application.
SECTION 3
The Board of Supervisors has previously approved a cash match contribution of $1,050 towards this
project.
SECTION 4
The County Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and directed to act on the County's behalf
in all matters pertaining to this application. The County Administrative Officer is authorized to enter
into and sign the grant agreement with the State of California for the purpose of this grant including
any amendments or changes thereto.

August 1.997, by the following vote:
