Dn~g Court Program; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors are desirous of accepting the grant; and
WHEREAS, the grant requires that the Board of Supervisors issue a resolution
authorizing the Court Executive Officer to sign the amended contract,
NOW, THEREFORE.., BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors authorize the
Court Executive Officer to sign the amended contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Buttc County Board of Supervisors on this 26`'' day of
August 1997 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: None ~~,

SIGN THE AMENDED CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
