RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that Notice of Its Intention to rename the private road
shown below be posted as required by Streets and Highways Code Section 974.5 and that
on October 14 , 1997, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administrative Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the subject of the proposed name
change:

Olive Street and Polk Street from McIntosh to End Old Chico Way
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 16th day of
September l 997, by the following vote:
