BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte does hereby authorize the
Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of California to purchase
supplies., materials, and equipment for and on behalf of the County of Butte pursuant to Public
Contract Code Section 1 Q324, and that the purchasing agent is hereby authorized and directed to sign
and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of
the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this .14th day of
October, l 997 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, lioux, Josiassen and Chair Davis
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
